ReXenMar team (MARINE GENETIC RESOURCES Lab)

ReXenMar is a research laboratory formed by six enthusiastic scientists eager to merge teaching, learning and knowledge generation on the genetic management of marine species. Its current applied research interest is the integration of population genetic knowledge into fisheries assessment for sustainability. Nonetheless, it also investigates on various processes relevant to the genetic management of candidate species for aquaculture such as embryonic development, maternal effects, molecular phylogeny of live prey, etc.
