ANGIE SANTAFÉ-MUÑOZ, Postdoctoral fellow (COL)

Angie’s PhD project was devoted to studying connectivity in Atlantic European Hake stock over a spatio-temporal framework. Her studies helped to characterizing the connectivity pattern of this species with direct implication in assessment. Angie is currently seeking for a postdoctoral stay abroad on aquaculture genomics of candidate species.

  1. Genetic inference of demographic connectivity in the Atlantic European hake metapopulation (Merluccius merluccius) over a spatio-temporal framework
  2. Methodological evaluation of DNA-based molecular keys to identify categories of mislabelling in commercial products from genus Merluccius spp.
