JOSÉ CUÉLLAR PINZÓN, Postdoctoral fellow (COL)

josemcuellar@gmail.com

José’s PhD project was devoted to studying the evolution of fisheries in the last century as well as to estimate retrospectively the application of genetics to delineate fish stocks. While the phenotypic background of the main exploited fisheries has been significantly eroded, current neutral molecular markers do not show any similar pattern. José is currently looking for a postdoctoral stay abroad to continue investigating on fisheries evolution.
