The Marine Genetic Resources Laboratory (ReXenMar) is a laboratory focused on genetics applied to aquaculture and fisheries set at the University of Vigo. Currently, the group d belongs to the Singular Center of Marine Research (CIM-ECIMAT).

Collaboration

The laboratory is a reliable partner to cooperate with on innovative ideas requiring  multidisciplinary approaches. Current developments focus on the genetic assessment of fisheries as well as on the genetic improvement of candidate species for aquaculture. Nonetheless, we are open to initiatives in which we could generate scientific and/or technical expertise.
